Hey, I’m glad you’re here! Before you grab anything from the shop, take a few minutes to read through these terms. I know, I know — nobody loves the fine print. But this is the stuff that keeps us both protected, so it’s worth a quick read.
The Short Version
You buy it, you download it, you love it. All sales are final on digital products — but I stand behind everything in this shop 100%. If something isn’t working right, I will make it right. That’s a promise.
1. Who We Are
This website is owned and operated by Marci of Blossoms of Blue Design. By purchasing from this site, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t complete your purchase.

2. Digital Products Only
Everything in this shop is a digital, downloadable product. That means:
- Nothing ships in the mail
- You get instant access to your download after purchase
- Your files will be available in your account and via the download link sent to your email
Please double-check that you’re purchasing the right product before you check out. Product descriptions are detailed, and I’m always happy to answer questions if you’re not sure something is the right fit.
3. No Refunds — But I’ve Got You Covered
Because these are digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. I cannot offer refunds once a download has been delivered.
Here’s what I can promise you: if something isn’t working, I will fix it.
I use and love every product in this shop. I’m not going to let you walk away with something broken. If you run into a problem — a file that won’t open, a download that doesn’t work, something that’s not behaving the way it should — contact me and I will sort it out.
What this policy covers:
- Technical issues with your download
- Files that are corrupted or incomplete
- Product functionality that doesn’t match what was described
What this policy doesn’t cover:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incompatibility with software or systems not listed in the product description
- Issues caused by using the product outside of its intended purpose
If you’re ever unsure whether a product will work for your setup, ask me first. I’d rather spend five minutes answering a question than have you disappointed after the fact.
4. How to Get Help
If you have a problem with your purchase, reach out through the contact form on this site. Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can. My goal is to make sure every product you buy from me is exactly what you hoped for.
5. Intellectual Property
When you purchase a product from this shop, you’re purchasing a license to use it — not ownership of the underlying work. Unless otherwise stated in the product description:
- Products are for personal or single-business use only
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repackage the files
- You may not claim the work as your own
If you need a different licensing arrangement (commercial use, extended licenses, etc.), contact me and we can talk through options.
6. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on this site to manage your purchases, you’re responsible for keeping your login information secure. Please don’t share your credentials, and let me know right away if you think your account has been compromised.
7. Accuracy of Product Descriptions
I work hard to make sure every product listing is accurate and complete. That said, I’m human — if you ever spot an error in a product description, please let me know.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossoms of Blue Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased on this site.
My total liability in connection with any purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

10. Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
