Canva Specialist (part-time, ongoing, remote)

What you'll do:
The repetitive, time-consuming production work in Canva, and possibly on Etsy and WordPress (eventually). For example:
- making black-and-white versions of color pages,
- creating horizontal and vertical versions,
- building multi-per-page layouts (4 ciphers to a page, 8 gift tags to a page),
- resizing,
- swapping the week’s text into existing templates,
- assembling and ordering the full PDF,
- exporting print-ready PDFs,
- organizing Canva into folders.
Qualifications:
- Reliable
- Accurate
- Detail-oriented
- Can follow written/video directions exactly
- Doesn’t mind repetitive work
- Team player
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Happy to take feedback
- Basic Canva knowledge is a plus, but will train for the right person.
